Lovely friendly staff who are great at what they do. Jake, my 5 year old Labrador, tows me in from the car and straight... across reception in his haste to get in the pool and do some swimming. Brilliant exercise for him and he gets to chase a ball in the water, combining his 2 favourite things. Highly recommendedread more

Honestly can't thank these guys enough. Today we finished Riley's Pawseidon journey, which feels really strange. Riley... was there from the beginning to help out James and the team with trialing out their equipment and never did we think we'd have to actually use hydrotherapy for Riley not only one but twice. Going through two knee operations with Riley were nerve racking enough but to know he was being looked after so well in his recovery, we are so grateful. It has also helped Riley massively with his weight loss too, he's now in the best shape he's been. So James, Dani, Bex and Caz, thankyou so much for everything, Riley is so lucky to have had you guys guide him through his recovery. If you're in need of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy or want to introduce your fur baby to water, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed! 💙read more

Following an injury to his elbow Arthur, our 4 years old Flat Coated Retriever had all his joints X-rayed and received... a diagnosis of Degenerative Joint Disease. He’s such an energetic bouncy boy we wanted to keep him as fit and healthy so his mobility is minimally effected as he gets older. Our vet recommended Pawseidon Hydro Hub to help him recovery from the injury and ensure his muscles were nice and strong to support his joints going forwards. Arthur has webbed paws and loves swimming, so he took to the pool really well. Gertie, our Gordon Setter initially accompanied us to spectate. They now have a weekly joint session in the pool and it’s the highlight of their week. Gertie was initially a bit hesitant but has taken to it well and her swimming technique has improved massively. She is now trying out for the Pawseidon Diving Champion award…… The Pawseidon team really know their stuff, they're extremely professional, encourage where needed and keep the sessions fun whilst achieving the maximum physical benefit to the dogs. I highly recommend their services; they cater to each animals’ individual needs and clearly love what they do.read more

my dog loves the trainers he's not hugely confident as yet in water so always says hello then has a wait I don't know... what if I want to do this moment trying to cuddle onto me but they are so good with getting him in the pool and him enjoying it instantly when he's in. he's definitely improving and am so grateful for the recommendation of starting here and all the employees who help they have been great getting him to be a good enough swimmer that eventually we can paddleboard together without worry. thank youread more

The team at Pawseidon have been brilliant with our dog Vala through her recovery from her first total hip replacement... (dysplasia). Her sessions have really helped her improve her strength ready for her second hip op. The team have great knowledge and are super patient and careful. Vala love's them all which is saying something as a dog who didn't like water much when she started!read more

Honey definitely recommends Pawseidon, after moving here at the end of July and having to leave her previous hydro... behind in Bucks, we got lucky and found James and his team. Brilliant, Honey loves it here and is improving even more which I did not think was possible considering all her health issues. Great atmosphere, care about your fur family members and a great team. Jasmina decided she wanted to learn to swim and see what her big sister Honey was up to. Jazz has taken to the water, works hard with her swimming and at 18 months is experiencing something else thats new and different. She is really in to her fitness. Joking aside it has been great for her muscles and body conditioning. Plus when she gets to Honeys age nearly 12, she will be a dab hand if she needs hydro.read more

Highly recommended. Had a course of around 5 sessions and it CURED a limp that had been on going for a year or more!... Absolutely brilliant and under rated, wish more vets would recommend it as our poor pooch had to undergo xrays and they were advising a ct scan as still weren't sure of the problem! He's been running and chasing his ball happily now for a couple of months, won't hesitate to do another course if need be but so far so good! Xread more

I wasnt sure where I could leave a review for you guys but I just want to thank you all for looking after Tilly and... helping her recover very well from her cruciate ligament injury. Dani and Becks in particular have been with Tilly for most of her sessions and have always made a fuss.of her...which she loves...especially the primula cheese lol. Let me know if I need to leave a review elsewhere otherwise thank you from me and Nigel for getting our fur baby Tilly back on track to being her happy self. Dani, Becks and James are amazing at what they do. Tala had a very thorough assessment and plan of action made for her... rehabilitation, including hydrotherapy, exercises and advice. Her treatment has been progressed weekly with her needs in mind, and we are seeing great improvements in strength, flexibility and comfort. They all have great tips and information to offer and are totally focused on your dog’s wellness and health. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience to tap into and I can’t recommend them enough. Our dog is also happier and has more energy since coming to her weekly swims. Our dog Harry has been swimming with Pawseidon for over 2 years and I cannot recommend the Team highly enough. They are... knowledgeable, professional and absolutely brilliant with Harry. Hydrotherapy has had multiple benefits including helping to manage his arthritis, providing pain relief and rehabilitation; building muscle tone and strength from an old TLPO; expending some of his Springer energy and maintaining cardiovascular fitness when we were having to manage his walks carefully but also we have seen a real benefit to his reactive behaviour.read more

I live 45 mins away and I take my lad jax, a rottweiler here, once a week for his recovery from orthopaedic surgery for... ED. jax is 15 months and is very reactive with strangers but both James and Johnny have been brilliant with him and have earned his trust! I don't normally write reviews! However, these guys are amazing! their professionalism is second to none, they really know their stuff and how to handle each individual dog! my mind is always at ease as I know my boy is in the best possible hands! these guys go above and beyond and treat our pups as if they were their own! jax is a client for life and I will never look elsewhere. 11/10 for these guys! if you are looking for somewhere for your pups look no further you have found the best in town!read more

Genuinely am blown away by the dedication, support and patience these guys have. They have done what I never thought... would be possible, and earned the trust of my stranger phobic American Bulldog, enough to be able to support and guide him in the water, and even stroke and cuddle him after a swim. Oreo has been attending Pawseidon now for 6 months. He is going to be 6 years old in Aug; when he was only 9 months old... he was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia and whilst vets wanted to operate on him as soon as he became an adult I decided to provide him with the best quality of life without having such intrusive surgery. He'd been doing pool hydro at another place for years so he is pro at it, however, in March 2019 he also suffered from an FCE (embolism in his spine) leaving him temporarily without the use of his left hind leg. He started treadmill hydro at his vets which helped him recover. We moved to Pawseison in Oct 2019 following his physio recommendation. After couple of sessions I could see his improvement, he was using his back leg much better and was getting stronger at it. Our first visit was awesome, these guys were very professional, they took the time to talk through his conditions and gave him a thorough evaluation and of course there were lots of cuddles which Oreo loved. They now work with him and his physio to manage his hip dysplasia as he has recovered from the FCE (thanks to Pawseidon). In almost 5 years Oreo has been visiting hydro places in the area (4 excluding Pawseidon), I believe these guys have provided him with better care which has increased his recovery. Oreo and I are very grateful for their hard work and enthusiasm to help my boy. Oreo walks in wagging his tail happy to see Jimmy, Scott and Johnny - to me that means a lot, my boy is content to be there!!!read more

The staff here are AMAZING which is an understatement!...I work at the vets and bring my German Shepherd here. She can... be difficult with new people places and other dogs, but with their rage of knowledge they work with her and she now goes running in and she’s made a massive improvement already! Fabulous first venture into swimming and hydrotherapy for Marla our GSD today. Marla’s first experience in water today... was taken at her pace and only when she was ready to go for it. Excellent advice given and so much care taken of Marla. Do not hesitate to get advice from the team at Pawseidon about whether hydrotherapy is right for your dog. He’s been put in the very safe hands of Scott and James, what a difference!! Alfie was not walking, lost interest in life generally. He’s 11 years old and been slowing down until I took him to pawseidon . He’s been going to these guys since September and with some hard work from Alfie, me and the guys he is now a puppy again!!!!
